Nancy Grace is the accused in wrongful death suite

Nancy Grace and Melinda Duckett
Nancy Grace is the subject of a pending wrongful death lawsuit. The allegations are due the suicide of Melinda Duckett, the mother of missing 2-year-old Trenton Duckett, who was a guest on Nancy Grace’s show.
Allegedly Nancy Grace badgered Melinda Duckett on her show so much; “That it seemed as if the poor woman was on trial when Nancy Grace said; “Where were you?” Grace demanded. “Why aren’t you telling us where you were that day?”
I understand that Nancy Grace is an attorney; “But I think she should have been more considerate to Melinda Duckett, who was grieving over her missing child.
Although Nancy Grace has chosen to defend her self; “She had the nerve to go before a federal judge and request that the deposition be filmed; “But the Judge dismissed her request by saying that her; “Forthcoming deposition in a wrongful death suit will not be recorded, for the purpose of paving the way for HLN to get her court room close-up. Which is understandable because the death of this mother should not be considered as just another HLN news story to boost their ratings.
Don’t get me wrong; “I know that Nancy Grace tries to get the message out about missing and exploited children; “But she should reach out further by insisting that the child abuse laws be changed, because child abuse laws haven’t been change in 100 years.
